Heather Stevenson
Heather believes exercise is a vital component in ones overall sense of health and well-being. She has been a group fitness instructor for over 15 years. After the birth of her fourth child she discovered the power of Pilates to not only strengthen the core but to transform the way we think about exercise. She is excited to bring her background in group fitness and her love of pilates together as an instructor at Cor.

Cor Barre Fitness
(Levels II-IV) An energetic, fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga to safely tone, define and chisel the whole body. Utilizing the ballet barre and various small apparatus, this high energy session will elevate your mood and shape your body without over-using your joints.

Jumpboard
Jumpboard is an amazing way to get some cardio in while also focusing on form and strength. Improve your endurance, work on coordination, and strengthen your whole body during this Jumpboard on Reformer class!

Matwork Flow (Intermediate)
(Levels III & IV) Classic Pilates matwork presented with a focus on proper form and flow at a more challenging pace and intensity. Small apparatus such as bands and balls may be used. A great way to get a strong, flexible body in a safe environment!

Saturday Pilates Mat Flow
Get your weekend started off right with a Pilates Mat class. This class provides you the opportunity to get to experience all of our amazing instructors.
