  • Matwork Flow (Intermediate)
  • (Levels III & IV) Classic Pilates matwork presented with a focus on proper form and flow at a more challenging pace and intensity. Small apparatus such as bands and balls may be used. A great way to get a strong, flexible body in a safe environment!

  • Cor Barre Fitness
  • (Levels II-IV) An energetic, fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga to safely tone, define and chisel the whole body.  Utilizing the ballet barre and various small apparatus, this high energy session will elevate your mood and shape your body without over-using your joints.
